| I concentrate my Las Cruces practice in the areas of wills, trusts
and powers of attorney, especially durable powers of attorney for health care and for
financial matters and probates. I would welcome the opportunity to help you find peaceful
and timely solutions to your concerns and problems in these areas. I have been an attorney
since December, 1966. I have a great deal of experience to
offer. However, I am not a board certified expert.
If you would like to obtain a copy of the durable power of attorney for health care that I use, please feel free to download it and change it to agree with your views and needs. Since I have not been retained as your attorney that will be for you to decide. Also, by statute (45-5-602 et seq. NMSA 1978 (1995)) New Mexico has created a power of attorney document that includes both financial and health care matters. The form has built-in directions. For your benefit I am attaching two New Mexico statutory powers of attorney, one a general power of attorney and the other a health care power of attorney. Please click below to access each one. |
